QP, Paid Content & Refunds
1. What Is QP
- QP is a point usable only within the Qlinx app. We handle free QP and paid QP.
- It is not legal tender. It is not cash. It is not cryptocurrency.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash, remitted, or cashed out. User-to-user transfer is not available. It cannot be moved to an external wallet.
- It can be used only for designated Courses / Features within Qlinx.
- QP is not described or offered as an investment, yield, or financial product.
2. Purchase & Credit
- Users may purchase products on Apple App Store / Google Play (e.g., QP packs).
- After purchase, our servers verify the transaction via Store / RevenueCat before crediting the QP balance.
- Reflection may take time. Idempotent processing prevents double crediting.
3. Use (Unlock)
- QP can be spent to unlock eligible Catalog content.
- Under current policy, eligible individual Catalog items grant permanent unlock (Entitlement) while the account remains active. This does not guarantee permanent availability of the Service itself or survival of rights after withdrawal.
- Available products follow in-app display as the source of truth. Unpublished or inactive products cannot be purchased or unlocked.
4. Relationship with Premium
- Premium and QP are separate services.
- QP cannot be used to pay Premium fees.
- Purchasing Premium does not grant QP.
- Expiration of a Premium period does not cause the QP balance to disappear.
- Expiration of a Premium period does not cause loss of entitlements permanently obtained with QP.
5. Free QP & Paid QP
- QP granted through friend referrals, etc. may be treated as free QP.
- QP granted through Store purchases may be treated as paid QP.
- When you hold both paid QP and free QP, free QP are consumed first in principle.
- Consumption and refund handling for free and paid QP follow server records as the source of truth.
- We do not retroactively reduce granted referral rewards (except for fraud or similar exceptions).
6. Expiration
Under current policy, QP does not automatically expire. If this changes in the future, we will review legal requirements and impact on existing grants and provide advance notice.
7. Refunds, Cancellation & Chargebacks
- Refund eligibility and procedures may depend on Apple / Google store terms and each store's process. We do not guarantee refunds on behalf of the stores.
- If refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or fraudulent purchases are confirmed, we may adjust granted QP, review entitlements, and record or settle refund debt.
8. On Account Deletion
Unused QP and entitlements are not restored. Re-registration is treated as a new account with no carryover.
9. Minors
If a minor uses the service, please do so with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
10. Pricing
Prices, tax-inclusive display, and pack contents follow each product or service purchase screen and Apple App Store / Google Play display as the source of truth. This page does not list a fixed price table.
